Beach

(Mararikulam)
Marari Beach at Mararikulam is one of the local fishing
villages, with the most fabulous stretch of soft sand, fringed
by Palm. An idyllic retreat for those who want to get away from

Kappad Beach
This is the historic beach where Vasco Da Gama landed on 1498
with 170 men in three vessels. The beach here is very calm with
a stretch of rocks projecting into the sea. The temple at the
rock is believed to be 800 years old. |

Beach
A lovely beach bordering Vypin island (COCHIN)
is ideal for swimming. Dolphins are occasionally seen here.
